How do I change my password in theSimCal?

Open the account menu in the control panel (your name, top left of the sidebar), select Profile, then use the Change Password fields and save.

What does my booking request's status mean?

New Request means it has not been reviewed yet; Pending means it is under review; Approved, Declined, Completed, and Cancelled mean exactly what they say.

Can I edit a booking request after submitting it?

Yes — open the request in My Requests and select the pencil icon next to any detail you can change. The centre is notified of your edits.

How do I book more than one room?

In the Select Rooms step, tick every room you need before continuing — one request can cover multiple rooms.

Where do I log out of theSimCal?

Open the account menu in the control panel (your name, top left of the sidebar), then choose Logout.
